August 3, at the London 2012 Olympics man basketball group to continue, the United States to a 156-73 stomp Nigeria 83 points, creams off their group. The match was a team USA's "record night", whether the club or individual players, many have set a record.

Summer Romance (Part 2)

Our story begins with Joanna and Juan watching the match between Argentina and Nigeria in the travel agency which in honor of its part owner is called "Warsaw Travels". It being Joanna who was rooting for an Argentine victory more for the sake of Juan than any real desire to see this nation which she had no connection with win. She being fascinated by seeing how intensely Juan lived the game.

Summer Romance (Part 5)

Bianca upon entering the office noticed Joanna wearing Juan's jersey and with a smile of fatigue from her day's journey said "You look very nice, Joanna Maybe you can play for Argentina?" as she took her seat at her desk. Joanna laughed slightly as Juan stood ready with his camera in hand after having placed the flash on top.

Summer Romance (Part 3)

The match between Argentina and Nigeria on that occasion however was not overly interesting or even exciting. As Argentina scored a goal relatively early in the match thanks to their veteran defender Heinze and held on to win by a score of 1-0 in what really was a lack luster performance from both teams. The highlight of the match coming when Argentina scored their only goal with both Joanna and Juan jumping out of their seats in a celebration which inspired Juan (always with his trusty Minolta at his side) to catch Joanna as she celebrated Argentina's goal.

Summer Romance (Part 4)

It was just as Juan was getting his camera that Bianca got back to the office after having not only having gone out for lunch but having run some errands for Joanna. Bianca was tired and it showed on her face despite her years which only numbered one minus the score yet Bianca had been out and about just about all day long; going about getting tickets and many other things which were necessary for the agency. It after all had been on a very hot day that she had been asked to make all these trips that took her...

New York's Opera Society Chapter 19

It was after the performance that we all sat down for coffee, during which it become plain to see that everyone wanted to talk to Gosia but what was strange was that they all wanted to do so for different reasons. First my mother wanted to congratulate her on her playing and to reassure her that she would be getting a lot of students and that she would surely recommend her to play at her friends' piano bars. Second was my father, who wanted to ask her if the next time she came over to the house she might...
