When my friend took a job as an educational coordinator at a museum she did not realize how much work it would be. She also did not realize how minimal the amount of resources are available to government sponsored cultural institutions especially in these economically strapped times. Basic educational school supplies like paper, crayons, glue, scissors and more were all in frighteningly short supply.

Teachers are trained to provide their students with the knowledge and skills they need for every day living as well as for entering the workforce. With an accredited school or college students can receive the training they need to provide an education to others. With a number of teaching career training opportunities available students can train for the career of their dreams.

Teachers and students should have things easily worked out because the basic principle lies in the fact that as one gives the other should receive and vice versa. However there is a challenge with this because there are several important milestones that need to be first crossed before this relationship can follow a smooth course.

Little children love to learn. They take great pride in their ability to do things for themselves. Children love to master a new skill, create something beautiful and excel in knowledge.
